Vancouver, BC - BCM Resources Corporation (TSX-V: B), the "Company" announces the resignation of director Lindsay Bottomer effective May 11, 2012.

The Company looks forward to further exploration work at its 100% owned exploration properties with a focus on expanding the molybdenum discovery at its flagship Shan South property situated some 20 kilometers northeast of Terrace, B.C.
The Company has completed four drill programs at Shan South since 2006. Drilling to date consists of 13,624 meters in 57 holes. Significant mineralized intercepts of molybdenum (Mo) have been encountered within the Las Margaritas zone in all four phases of drilling. The program completed in the summer 2011 included 16 holes of which seven were directed to further defining the Las Margaritas deposit. These holes intersected the molybdenum-bearing zone, returning significant intervals of 0.06% Mo or greater. Four of these holes also contained sections grading 0.10% Mo or greater.
The Company plans to conduct preliminary metallurgical test work on sample rejects from the drill core recovered in 2011. The Shan South property is fully permitted and further drilling will include an additional 10 holes within the Las Margaritas zone. The company anticipates that these drill holes should provide enough information to prepare a preliminary Ni 43-101 compliant resource estimate.
